Anxiety - a new Minimalist Piano Composition

In this modern minimalist piece for solo piano I used the repetition of an eight bar phrase at different pitches and tempos to create a build-up of tension and anxiety. The piece communicates a feeling of time running out - of being boxed in with no-where to run.

If you enjoy listening to my music please leave me a comment to let me know!

I am so grateful to everyone who has left encouraging and helpful comments on my pieces - it makes such a difference to me and inspires me to write more music to share. :)

Where is the hope?

Where is the hope?
Where is the hope as I watch you die?
How can I keep going another day?
Everything you once were
Systematically destroyed
Every shred of dignity
Lost forever
Where are you now?
You cannot talk, eat, walk, read or write,
Where are you?
The noises put me on edge
I don’t know how to respond
HELP!
How do I keep going for you?
How do I get to the next day?
To watch you die some more.
